We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase.

Thank you for shopping with Vestiquen. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will gladly issue store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 30 days from possession of your order.  For in-store pickup orders, we will gladly issue store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 30 days from notification that your order is in store and ready for pickup. After this 30 day period, the items become final sale.

The store credit total will be credited to a gift card sent to the email address associated with the original purchase, less the cost of original shipping fees and return shipping fees. Please allow up to 14 business days for Vestiquen to receive and process your return.

SHOE RETURNS: Shoes being returned must be in their original shoe box, placed inside of a separate shipping box in an effort to protect the shoe box. If the shoe box is received with shipping labels or packaging tape on it, we will be unable to process the return.

SWIM RETURNS: We hope you LOVE your purchase of our Vestiquen-exclusive swimwear! We understand that shopping for swimsuits can be difficult as sizing can vary between brands.  If you aren't completely obsessed with your new suit, we are honoring returns (for store credit only) & exchanges on our swimwear as long as the following criteria are met: hygienic strip must still be in place on the item, bathing suit must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, and return/exchange must be initiated within 30 days of possession of order.

Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved – that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us

Vestiquen has the right to refuse an item being returned if deemed conditions have not been met. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted via email and the items will be returned to you at your expense.

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact our Customer Care department at [email protected] within 14 DAYS to inform us of the issue. You must include a photo of the damage/defect in your email. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care/handling or incorrect sizing.

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

All tracking number will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available.

I’ve entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it.

We should not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically process orders and just follows what you supplied.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

Invalid Reasons:

Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Vestiquen. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else – Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
